IT Support Engineer

โข Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows Xp, Vista,7&8)
โข Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
โข Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
โข Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1& L2 backup and recovery.
โข Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users
โข Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
โข Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion
โข Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
โข Trouble shooting hardware, software & networking problems.
๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
