Job description
· Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

· Respond to teachers issues via phone, email and computer chat

· Provide teachers assistance via phone, email and computer chat

· Document teachers interactions

Setting up accounts for `new employees

· Run diagnostics to resolve teachers reported issues

· Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty

Possibly provide computer training for (Employees, Teachers, and Student)

· Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software

· Follow-up with teachers to ensure issues are resolved

· Track IT assets movement between branches and employees

Qualifications for IT Support Engineer

· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred

Experience working in a help desk environment, preferred

· Experience with a MAC and IOS computers is a plus

· Experience with Audio & Video Equipment

· Experience in Educational environment is a plus

· Excellent oral communication skills

· Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets

· Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order

· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
