This is a key role of channel management for Flipkart Health+. Health Buddies are sellers on the Flipkart Health+ platform and this person will be responsible for seller management and driving initiatives to scale business. This team manages the Seller on the platform and drives complex, multi-phased projects by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time.
About The Role
The role will encompass end to end management right from -.
Working closely with the regional Seller/Partner base to build and grow their business on platform.
Working with sellers and Marketing team to drive on ground activities
Develop and deploy incentives/commissions for sellers
Resolving seller and customer issues
Planning & Trade Marketing
Sales planning and Forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Making growth plans at seller level and define the roadmap to achieve the same
Develop and drive programs to improve key shapeable metrics for platform
Impeccable in store presence and promotional campaigns to drive seller effectiveness and sustainable sales growth
Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the channel and programs
Close working relationships with on-field sales teams and driving adherence to processes and systems
What You’ll Need
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Strong experience (2 to 3+ years) in field sales and/or Retail/Franchise management in FMCG/Telecom/other GT heavy industries, with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade
Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
Should have Large team handling experience
Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, keen interest in data driven insights for growth, and liking to work with a variety of stakeholders is important
