Over the past year, we’ve disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).
This individual will be responsible for the onboarding funnel and revival of churned merchants.
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding funnel which includes c reation and updation of drips for funnel drop of each stage, creating experiments to optimise the conversion of onboarding funnel, working with data analytics team to find trends and breakage in funnel and working with product and CS to ensure complete activation of leads.
Manage the revival of churned merchants which includes tracking of seasonal vs actual churn, improving retention of revived merchants , improving the GMV of revived merchants
Campaign analysis – Post campaign analysis, reporting to be done and learnings to help improve/optimise for next campaign
Work with campaign ops and content team to set up campaigns on Moengage, hubspot, clevertap and the likes
Work with BA team to create dashboards for tracking funnel movement
Customer Cross sell Marketing – Create strategy activities across CRM channels: email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp blast, web notification, and ensure excellent execution
Lead Flow – Work together with internal stakeholders in designing lead flow with a personalized approach, engaging copy, captivating audio-visual contents, and team with outside sources to produce an engaging experience that increases lead conversion
Stakeholder Management – Identify all launch activities and collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders for the output deliverable
Communication Plan – Develop a content plan across channels based on the campaign strategy with a high-quality performance of the A/B testing mindset to drive product growth
Conduct market research and customer study through calls, surveys and interviews
Creation of tech led onboarding experiments like WA chat bots, AI driven onboarding guide
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
Comfortable working with and consuming large amounts of data
Proficient in using marketing automation technology. Eg netcore smartech, Moenagage, Adobe, Hubspot, webengage etc
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and the latest digital marketing trends
Strong project management skills.
