Job Description

As a Manager/ Sr. Manager Inside Sales,

You must drive revenue from our e-Learning and live/virtual classes offerings across all major metros in India. You should have a proven sales record in the pharma, medical, or healthcare industry and be comfortable with leading Inside Sales and evangelizing our product offering to medical professionals across different specializations.

This position requires a candidate who has the ability to stay focused and keep up with our continuous and fast-paced growth all while motivating others to meet the daily challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention), as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate

with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.

2. Own revenue, market share, and P&L goals with a focus on sales efficiency, and reduced cost

of acquisitions and collections.

3. Manage online lead generation process through partners and drive increased conversion

ratios.

4. Coach and develop ISMs and Team Leaders for achieving their monthly, quarterly, and

annual targets.

5. Identify system and process improvement opportunities that will directly influence revenue

generation.

6. Participate in recruitment and selection activities including role modeling through hiring

decisions and processes.

7. Partner with support organizations to drive exceptional customer experience.

Skills and Exposure:

1. Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments

2. Proven experience setting up Outbound Call Centre Operations.

3. Exposure to handling the sale of “courses for Working professionals” will be an added

advantage.

4. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

5. 7+ years of progressive inside sales experience with a previous/current target of 40 Cr.

6. Must be handling a Team Size of 50+ Associates.

7. Proven experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing teams.

8. Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures.
