Qualifications
University degree or work experience is required
Administrative experience in a shared services environment is preferred (ideally in HR, People Development and/or Recruiting function)
Strong verbal and written language skills in English (C1 – CEFR* or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
Strong process focus and drive for continuous improvement results
Open mindset towards change and a knack for automation and digitization of manual/time consuming activities
Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against challenging timelines and shifting priorities
Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
Service Now knowledge will be a plus
What You’ll Do
You will be part of a global team providing basic issue resolution to HR/People Development/Talent Attraction administrative, transactional and operational work defined as Tier 1. As part of this team, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues’ queries and execute pre-defined/script-based administrative support to the processes which colleagues are not able to find solutions to using self-service digital tools.
You’ll either resolve issues/questions directly or forward requests to another team/department. What you are not able to resolve, you’ll escalate to the respective COEs (Tier 2), where colleagues receive support from teams/colleagues with advanced access or expertise – often working across multiple systems or case escalations. You will contribute to people excellence by working collaboratively; supporting colleagues in times of heavy workload, and providing coverage to other People Ops hubs, whenever needed.
Who You’ll Work With
You will join our Global People Operations department based out of Gurugram location that serves our internal clients. As a People Ops Admin, you’ll cooperate closely with other People Ops hubs and other teams such as local HR, Talent Attraction, Professional Development, Finance, Benefits and Payroll.
