The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of one of the key territories for Cloudera in EMEA by engaging with the regional sales team in developing and executing field marketing programmes that create pipeline for target accounts. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, but also working in close association with the regional sales leadership, this role will work closely with all parts of the Cloudera organisation, especially sales, marketing, and channel/business development.
*Define integrated marketing plans that support regional sales strategy, pipeline development and growth within the target account list.
*Support other marketing projects as needed
*Lead management and close collaboration with the ISR team.
*Work with Cloudera EMEA & global marketing team, marketing operations, partner marketing, creative and web teams, to maximise value from all activities.
*Plan and execute: ABM field programmes, events, demand gen and other programmes that create net new and expansion opportunities for target accounts.
*Highly motivated and experienced marketer with a passion for field marketing, brand-building, partner strategies, event planning, and demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and/or partner marketing programmes
*5+ years experience in technology marketing with a history of high impact work in Channel Marketing, Field Marketing and/or Demand Generation.
*Experience working with small-mid size fast growing technology/ software companies.
* Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment that include: events – both physical and virtual, ABM field programmes, demand generation & other tactical field activities
* Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills; must be a team player.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
* Marketing degree is desirable.
