Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized female Office Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. Fluency in Bangla, Hindi, and English is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients as they enter the office
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate staff member
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate client records
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
