Job Description
In this role you will require to maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of swimming pool area andensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel. To upkeep and maintain the safety requirement at the pool side, maintain cleanliness of the changing rooms at all time and to clean the guest rooms as assigned ensuring the Hotelโs established standards of cleanliness, if required. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and ensure the confidentiality and security of all guests and guestsโ rooms.

โข To follow up duties from the previous shift.
โข To handle equipment with care and cleaning supplies.
โข To respond to work order and follow up where cleaning is needed.
โข To sweep, mop floor.
โข To vacuum pool area to remove dust and dirt.
โข To clean furniture, fixture, glass and mirror surrounding.
โข To ensure cleaning equipment are in order and stored appropriately.
โข To have a complete understanding of the Hotelโs employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
โข To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene always.
โข To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotelโs policy relating to fire & emergency contained within.

โข Able to work under pressure
โข Self-starter, results oriented and a team player
โข Pleasant personality with good organizational skills
โข Good problem-solving skills, as well as customer service
โข Independent and selfโmotivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
โข Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
โข Able to work in shift working environment
โข Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures as related to health, liability, loss prevention, incident reporting, etc. is essential.
โข Able to work under pressure
