Job Description

The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will assist the Senior Manager Digital and Social Media with implementing the strategy for all online activities and increase engagement. The goal of the Digital and Social Media Department is to support the marketing efforts in increasing brand awareness and generating leads. Supporting strategically and tactically the marketing efforts of all the automotive businesses, through high quality digital and social media activity.

Key Accountabilities-

Manage the social & digital team
Implement and coordinate the digital and social community strategy
Closely align with the CRM and Brands teams
Lead & Implement digital campaigns in coordination with marketing and agency for better ROI

Lead on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Work closely with the Digital agency and marketing team on day to day optimization process
Providing action – oriented recommendation based on data from digital campaign performance to enhance ROI
Play an instrumental role in developing digital media campaign structure and monitor executions
Recommend and monitor campaign budgets
Develop campaign briefings and set the right KPI’s and targets with agencies
Website management and enhancing metrics

Monitor and actively listen to the social media channels to neutralize potential threats and find new opportunities
Brain Storm new campaigns to increase engagement
Work on converting followers into leads
Content Creation ideas to improve our engagement to match the channel used

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Vibrant personality and mature attitude that is representative of a respectable and dynamic brand.
A Kuwaiti with strong literacy in English & Arabic equally is preferred who is dynamic, up to date digitally and enjoys working within a team of diversified backgrounds & cultures
Bachelor Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications)
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and passion for cars and accessories to connect with enthusiasts
Preferable to be well connected within the on-line networking community throughout Kuwait.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Ability to create video and photographs for social media use is an advantage
