• Responsible for building and keeping relationships with current and new Customers and their Business Decision Makers / Influencers.
• Getting new Customers and leading digital transformation.
• Exclusive ownership of the relationship with designated Customers.
• Grow business with own Customers and defining a long-term vision of the relationship.
• Managing Beinex partnership with Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft in Dubai.Sales and Pre-sales:
• Crafting project proposals and RFP responses together with Project Owner defining Statement of Work (in scope, out of scope, deliverables, assumptions), Commercials (pricing, timelines, and terms and conditions) as well as Work Breakdown Structures and Project Plans.
• Preparing proposals: Delivery, Managed Service or Project Owners.
• Performing scoping workshops and presentations (demo, PoC, whiteboarding) with Customers.
• Acting a relationship point of contact for Customer Account Management.
• Acting as a Trusted (Digital) Advisor to Customers.
• Taking part in projects as Subject Matter Expert / Architect.
• Working with Project Owners to close the sales process from the financial point of view, deliver projects and manage escalations and customer expectations.
Training and operation:
• Learn new technologies and use them in solution sales.
