Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a considerable number of Kindergartens and Schools in Bahrain.
- Developing relationships with School owners, Principles and Directors.
- Identifying areas of complaints, positive and negative feedback and potentials of up-sell within your customer base
- Confidently articulate and convey additional products and services that HOU is able to provide to Schools and Kindergartens.
- Ensuring that you are a regular touch-point with them as a point of contact – so that they recognize the importance of the customer experience
- Your role will involve a combination of visits to clients on site, as well as virtual – you need to be solutions led, with a professional manner
