Qualifications
Candidates who have a background as an Assistant Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or have held other senior sales positions for a duration of at least 2 years.
Thorough knowledge of the conferences, exhibitions, and events industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation, particularly within the industry.
Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, consistently exceeding targets.
Professional demeanor and adaptability in client interactions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required.
Strong self-management and work ethic for optimal results.
Effective communication and relationship management skills.
Exceptional prioritization abilities and pro activeness to meet deadlines.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Required Valid Driving License.
