Roles & Responsibilities

Public Relation Officer (PRO) MNSPC- Oman
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a ” Public Relation Officer (PRO)”, the job holder will process Oman based employee all government authority and its agencies along with any other related tasks including but not limited to CMA Approvals, Ministry of Labor Approvals, Ministry of Health Approval and ROP approvals. Also, he will provide an effective and quality level of service relating to all visa issues, guiding and advising staff on all PRO matters, developing and implementing procedures and work routines.
Your Role:
Maintain visa & data records.
Follow up with legal authorities.
Timely processing of all government related matters (Visa approvals, etc )
Handle calls, correspondences with any legal authority.
Coordinate within HR and Admin department for any work-related topics.
Ensure smoothness of any legal process.
Timely delivery of documents/Cards to Clients
Timely support to Scanning team mobilizing the documents.
Purchases and Purchase orders
Timely intimation of renewal of VISAs to employees
Processing visa applications for new and existing employees.
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Typing all documents in the ministry of labour.
Arranging medicals and visa stamping for employees.
Issuing of renewed work permit labor cards and all matters relating to this area (i.e. lost cards, etc )
Ensuring that no penalties are imposed by the authorities in relation to the above.
Arrange for different types of permits (work permit, Site Accesses/ Gate passes, etc ).
Bank related matters
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails to ensure that parcels has been delivered to right person
Visiting visa deposit center, banks for depositing documents and ensure deadlines are met
Your profile:
Omani Citizen only
High School or Diploma in any business management field.
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in handling similar role preferably in Oman.
Oman Driving License is mandatory.
Fluency bi-lingual (English & Arabic)
Computer literacy is required.
Strong background of all the Immigration & governmental procedures (specially for work
permits/ Ministry of Labor applications/processes)
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or Diploma in any business management field.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in handling similar role preferably in Oman.
