Job Description
As a Head Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and brand standards. Your responsibilities will span from pre-arrival arrangements to post-stay arrangements, ensuring that every aspect of our guests’ experience is personalized and tailored to their needs and wants.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of Head Butler experience from Luxury hospitality background
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
