Roles & Responsibilities
Required Skills:
• Excellent knowledge in GSM & Telecommunication products.
• Knowledge in Principals repair & Warranty policies, Service manuals, etc.
• Capable of working under pressure, organized especially during emergency cases.
• Knowledge in CCC Computerized System.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Handle Customers property with care
• Computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting preliminary diagnostic tests & trouble shooting for incoming GSMs/phones to assess the malfunctions; forward results to the reception in order to inform the customer and take necessary approvals.
• Repair/upgrade/service incoming units as scheduled by the Service Engineer; update the Computerized System accordingly.
• Abide by the maintenance and warranty policies adopted by the CCC and obligatory by the principals.
• Responsible of all Software installations.
• Conduct Quality inspection for outgoing devices; inform the Service Engineer of the results of the inspection.
• Assist the receptionists in attending customers queries as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations.
• Responsible for the housekeeping of the assigned workstation.
• Keep the Records, Service manuals, and the work instructions of the CCC properly maintained.
• Inform the Service Engineer/CCC Manager of any difficulties or delays faced during daily work.
• Informs the division manager of any difficulties or complaints raised by customers during work.
• Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi Internal procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the General Manager/Divisional Manager and job holder..
