Job Description
Job Objective:
Job Objective Deliver engaging and innovative branding content that meets the expectations of Beyon customers. Design dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic:
Identify strategic initiatives for the sub-function and contribute to the overall strategic initiatives for the Marketing function, aligned to the Organization Strategy
Drive the strategic initiatives for the sub-function. Monitor performance against the set KPIs
Financial:
Financial Prepare and monitor adherence to the budget for the sub-function. Analyse deviations and take corrective course of action
Strive to continually optimise the marketing cost as per strategic imperatives
Operational:
Generate and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Inspire a cross-functional team of graphic designers, animators and web experts in development of messaging and deliverables
Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Monitor visual identity management. Review brand visual guidelines (internal, external) and oversee regular visits to retail shops, workshops with agencies
Monitor adherence to procedures and controls at each sub-functional process, such that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to internal customers
Identify opportunities and redesign policies, processes, systems / structural programs and procedures for continuous improvement, covering all individual Functional activities
Monitor information provided to address employee queries related to Brand and Digital Marketing
People:
Identify training needs and nominate team members for training programs
Ensure timely completion of PMR process for self and the team
Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Ensure active participation in employee engagement surveys
Skills

Profile 1:
Master s degree in art, graphic design, marketing
4-6 years of relative experience with three or more years experience in a senior role in an agency or corporate setting
Innovative experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget
Proven creative experience in working with Telecommunication industry and fintech industry
Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
Proven ability to develop successful concepts
Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Membership of a relevant, and internationally recognized, professionally body.

Bachelors degree in art, graphic design, marketing
7-10 years of relative experience, with three or more years experience in a senior role in an agency or corporate setting
