Symeonides Fashion House Ltd – Marks & Spencer, seeks to recruit Assistant Store Manager for Marks & Spencer store in Larnaca.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Maximize sales potential by implementing store business plan and annual targets
• Ensure efficient and consistent sales operations
• Complete store operational requirements by following up store results
• Ensure availability of merchandise and layout standards
• Ensure customer service standards of the store
• Manage people and provide coaching according to the needs
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• University degree in Business administration or in a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills
• Computer literate
