Job description
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years experience in design, specification, construction and general project management of big residential/commercial building projects, with a minimum 5 years experience as an Assistant Construction Manager in large residential projects.
Job Responsibilites:
Responsibility : Candidate will be responsible and accountable to manage the execution of construction, commissioning, handover of engineering projects. Responsible and accountable to manage and execution of maintenance activities.
Single point responsibility for execution of company engineering projects during the design phase.
Ensure the HSE matters are given due consideration in project planning.
Ensure projects are executed in line with Company / International / Shell standards and specifications.
Supervise, advise and guide the discipline personnel to ensure that their work is of the required quality. Highlight issues that may arise in priorities, work load, competency, etc.
