Flying Colour Business Set-up Company in Media City is looking for a Smart enthusiastic lady for the position of a ECS Admin (Female) who has experience in Admin role

Main Responsibilities:

1. Attending all the client meetings for Client Managers and preparing the Minutes of Meeting.

2. Finalize Minutes of meeting (MOM) and share with client.

3. Taking the details of feedback received from clients and updating in CRM.

4. Maintaining the KYC Forms of each client.

5. Keeping a record for the daily revenue.

6. Keeping a record of active and non-active clients.

7. Making a note of the clients being called for the Referrals and Referral Meetings.

8. Making Note of the invoices being sent in a day.

9. Preparing of proposals & various types of forms and keeping track of it .

10. Check the status ongoing jobs with operations team.

11. Monthly report preparation.

12. Send detailed performance progress to HR and GM

13. Preparing detailed New order form and share with Operation department for work execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must be Bachelors (preferably Commerce background)
