Job Title: Admin Manpower Supply
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Administration & Operations of Man Power Supply of Casual Workers
Education:-Bachelors degree
Driving License:- Oman driving license is mandatory.
Location:- Sultanate Of Oman (Muscat)
Job Role
-This Role is to achieve given monthly targets for supplying casual workers to client companies, approach new clients, and obtain Manpower Supply Orders. To Manage workers transfer between clients and Payroll.
Job Responsibilities
-Make Calls to find new clients, obtain contacts for new projects, Act as the primary point of contact between the client and our Organization for signing new agreements
-Understand client requirements, expectations, and specific administrative needs
-Executive variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document management or anything related to the outsourcing services
-Visit Client Locations to conduct inspection on workers conditions
-Schedule Workers for coaching sessions
-Provide excellent levels of customer service to the clients
-Prepare presentations and reports which may required for the Organization. (MW).
-Collaborate with the clients on their needs in terms of manpower issues on the worksite
-Provide guidance on the newly joining staff on the working system and other related areas where the staff will be deputed.
-Assist the staff members on their first arrival in Oman and handle all the joining formalities such as Medical / Labor Card processing / Bank account opening etc.
-Create New Employee records in IMS and upload all documents
-Do the coaching for the newly joining staff members before their joining and during their tenure.
-Assist in the cancellation and departure of the staff members as and when required by the management.
-Attend all the staff grievances from the locations and resolve them with best solutions.
-Address to the management and resolve any administrative issues, or concerns that are raised by the worker or the client in any location.
-Conduct frequent quality checks on the performance of the staff members that are supplied
-Escalate the complex issues to the Operations team to resolve them smoothly before it explored.
-Ensure that all outsourced administrative activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industrial standards.
-Identify the opportunities for improvement in supplying casual workers
-Communicate within the team on queries and requests made by the clients.
-Prepare necessary paperwork including but not limited to quotations,
-Manage the staff rotations and transfers as and when required.
-Manage the staff accommodations in terms of maintenance/transfers / monthly bill reconciliations etc.
-Collect and validate the monthly attendance for the staff members at month-end and prepare the attendance summary.
